Medical Device Sales Executive

As a Regional Account Manager at Syneos Health Careers, you will be responsible for expanding the use of the product through market research, developing solutions to product barriers, and achieving business goals in your assigned region. You must have strong expertise in healthcare systems contracting and a proven track record of success in sales roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize market resources to expand the use of the product
- Identify barriers for the product and develop a path for solutions
- Achieve and/or exceed targeted business goals in an assigned region
- Maintain compliance with all corporate and industry policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years in Commercial Medical Device/Biotech/Pharmaceutical/Generic/503b experience
- 3+ years GPO Compliance/IDN Contracting experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare system processes
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel, including overnight
What We Offer
This role comes with a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience, as well as comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, a 401k match, and flexible paid time off.
