**The Position Proposition**

We are seeking skilled and dedicated Field Professionals with a variety of skills for the following opportunities:

  • **Equipment Operators**: We are looking for experienced equipment operators with skills in backhoe, skid steer, and trencher operation.
  • **Laborers**: We need laborers with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • **Directional Drill Operators & Locators**: We are seeking experienced directional drill operators and locators with a strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure.
  • **QA/QC Technician- Communications**: We need a QA/QC technician with experience in telecommunications and a strong attention to detail.
  • **Warehouse Supervisor**: We are looking for a warehouse supervisor with experience in inventory management and logistics.
  • **CDL Drivers/ Laborers**: We need CDL drivers and laborers with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • **Project Manager**: We are seeking an experienced project manager with a strong understanding of construction management and telecommunications infrastructure.
  • **Construction Manager**: We need a construction manager with experience in construction management and a strong attention to detail.
  • **Splicer Tele/Cable**: We are looking for a splicer with experience in telecommunications and a strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure.

**Education & Minimum Requirements**

  • **High School Diploma or GED**: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • **Valid Driver's License**: A valid driver's license is required, with a Class A license preferred or willingness to obtain one.
  • **Physical Demands**: Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 LBS and perform other physical work.
  • **Willingness to Work Overtime**: Must be willing to work overtime as dictated by work volumes.
  • **Travel Requirements**: Positions may require short-term travel.
  • **Drug-Free Environment**: Future Infrastructure, LLC is a drug-free environment, and all positions require participation in federally compliant PHMSA or FMSCA drug and alcohol testing programs.
