Our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) thrive in a culture of continuous learning, fostering ongoing education and research in ABA therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one compassionate ABA services to clients.
  • Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition strategies.
  • Accurately collect and document data on client behavior.
  • Communicate empathetically with clients, families, and supervisors.
  • Support the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) during assessments and in preparing client learning materials.
  • Consult with supervisors to ensure effective treatment delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience as a Registered Behavior Technician.
  • Valid RBT Certification Number.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations.
  • Experience with data collection tools such as Catalyst is a plus.
