Job Title: Construction Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Services Manager to join our team in Sacramento, CA. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to secure construction contracts and grow our brand presence in Northern California.
  • Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Ensure effective communication with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and address concerns.
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Prepare and submit reports, proposals, and other documentation as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Registered Professional Engineer, CCM, or Registered Architect in California.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on transportation infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale construction projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
