Position SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated Patient Solutions Support Manager to join our Patient Solutions Team. This position entails nationwide travel.
Key Responsibilities:- Set objectives and oversee the execution of patient food service requirements based on medical guidance and patient demographics.
- Recruit, manage, mentor, and train patient service team members.
- Adhere to dietary restrictions for special or modified diets to ensure patient preferences align with dietary guidelines.
- Support patient services staff in achieving defined patient satisfaction targets.
- Comply with all regulatory standards, including federal, state, and accreditation requirements, while maintaining confidentiality and patient rights.
- Engage in and lead patient satisfaction initiatives, departmental meetings, and quality assurance programs.
- Associate degree with at least one year of experience in food services or a related field, or a bachelor's degree in food service technology/management or a similar discipline.
- Preferred certifications include Certified Dietary Manager, Registered Diet Technician, or Registered Dietitian.
- At least one year of management experience in food service, ideally in an acute care environment.
- ServSafe certification is desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, electronic medical records, and diet office systems.
- Must reside near an airport.
