Job Overview

Morrison Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Patient Services Manager to lead our Patient Services Team in an Acute Care setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing goals and overseeing the implementation of patient food services needs based on medical direction and patient population.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement patient-centered food services strategies to meet the nutritional needs of patients
  • Lead and manage a team of patient service staff to ensure exceptional patient satisfaction and quality of care
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure compliance with dietary restrictions and special diets
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain confidentiality of patient information
Requirements
  • Associate degree in food service technology or management, or related field, with 1 year of work experience in food services or a related field
  • Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification, Registered Diet Technician (RD), or Registered Dietitian (RD) preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in food service management in an acute care setting
  • ServSafe certification desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, electronic medical records, and diet office systems
