Overview
We are currently seeking a Plant Manager to oversee our Aggregate Plant operations. This role is crucial for providing leadership to plan, direct, organize, coordinate, and supervise the extraction and production of raw materials in a safe and efficient manner.
Roles & Responsibilities
Participate in safety inspections and compliance assessments. Monitor work environments, assess tools and equipment, and deliver safety training to mitigate unsafe conditions or procedural violations. Manage essential safety documentation. Ensure adequate inventory levels to maintain a continuous supply of materials. Evaluate personnel performance based on established quality and quantity standards. Foster teamwork across all operational departments while adhering to company policies and maintaining morale.Skills & Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in aggregate production. Strong understanding of MSHA regulations and a commitment to safety. Comprehensive knowledge of aggregate processing and equipment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with company and regulatory personnel. Proven leadership capabilities, with a track record of promoting safety, production, and quality ownership among employees. Strong time management and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Build a lasting career with us.
