Role Overview:

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in addressing employee relations challenges and conducting comprehensive, unbiased investigations. Collaborate closely with leadership to identify suitable resolutions and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with management to effectively navigate issues related to policy interpretation, disciplinary actions, performance evaluations, and terminations.
  • Administer and interpret labor agreements and grievance processes.
  • Support the management of the company’s benefits programs, ensuring clear communication of benefit plans during onboarding and open enrollment periods.
  • Oversee the administration of leave of absence programs.
  • Conduct employee exit interviews to gather insights and feedback.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process for both exempt and non-exempt roles in collaboration with HR Coordinators and hiring managers.
  • Propose and implement new strategies, programs, and policies aimed at enhancing the selection and retention of high-performing teams.
  • Foster strong relationships across all organizational levels, maintaining a positive rapport with employees and management.
  • Assist in creating a comprehensive database of job descriptions and role profiles.
  • Support the execution of annual performance evaluations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
