About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our restoration and reconstruction team at Paul Davis Restoration of Greater MSP and the Northland. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our team, ensuring that we deliver exceptional results to our customers, and driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of restoration and reconstruction professionals to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property after traumatic events such as fires or floods.
  • Oversee company policies and direct activities towards long-range goals for growth and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, homeowners, and employees to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage financial and operational performance, including bank lines of credit, cash flow, and accounts receivable.
  • Review and discuss sales performance with Operations Manager and Marketing Manager.
  • Coordinate and discuss performance, including financial and operational performance, with all department managers.
  • Ensure compliance with Franchise Agreement and Operations Manuals.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of restoration construction experience.
  • 5-10 years of management experience.
  • 5-10 years of Project Management and Estimating experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead, mentor, and bring a diverse group of people together to work effectively.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one, small or large group situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and make prudent decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, RMS, and Xactimate.
  • IICRC Certifications.
