Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Supportive Services Manager to join our team at Ascend Nonprofit Solutions. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing hope and healing to individuals impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, and child maltreatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Services
    • Provide trauma-informed, client-centered support through intake, assessment, case management, crisis intervention, safety planning, court education, information, and referrals.
    • Ensure coordinated client care with key community partners.
    • Act with the client's best interests in mind and work to meet their needs and expectations.
  • Administration
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client, stakeholder, intern, and volunteer records in agency databases.
    • Research, write, and manage grant reporting and grantor relationships.
    • Adhere to agency and program procedures concerning documentation, Critical Incident Reports, and Client Satisfaction Surveys.
  • Leadership and Development
    • Recruit, select, and evaluate staff.
    • Provide primary supervision, direction, training, support, and coaching of assigned staff.
    • Ensure the delivery of quality services through clear program procedures and guidelines.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Experience.
  • Experience working with victims or in human services is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and perform light work.
