Job Title: Process Improvement Specialist - Wallet, Payments, and Commerce

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in evaluating and enhancing the Wallet, Payments, and Commerce process and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of existing processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Lead efforts to establish and expand shared services capabilities within the Wallet, Payments, and Commerce, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and operational needs.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to streamline operations, reduce redundancies, and enhance overall service delivery within the Wallet, Payments, and Commerce (WPC) framework.
  • Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure that process improvements are aligned with business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Drive change management efforts by developing training materials, SOPs, and communication plans to support the implementation of new processes and tools.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process improvements and ensure ongoing optimization.
  • Identify potential risks associated with process changes and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to Wallet, Payment, Commerce operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in process improvement, preferably within the payments or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of payment technologies, particularly Wallet, Payment, Commerce processes.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools and project management software.
  • Ability to analyze complex processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop data-driven improvement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to overcome challenges and drive process innovation.
