Job Summary

CesiumAstro is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and optimizing manufacturing operations to meet the demands of our growing business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct process assessments and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, including the creation of new workflows and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, program management, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of manufacturing operations.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and develop actionable recommendations to drive business results.
  • Train internal users and external technical teams on new processes and procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with a minimum of 8 years of applicable experience.
  • Proven experience in process improvement, change management, and supply chain optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in aerospace or other high-reliability industries.
  • Proficiency with PLM and ERP software.
  • Proficiency in lean manufacturing methodologies.
  • Experience successfully tackling multiple high-priority tasks.
