Job Summary

CesiumAstro is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and industrialization across our manufacturing operations. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our high-reliability, high-volume satellite production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness in our manufacturing operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, program management, and supply chain, to industrialize processes for space products.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and research to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and maps to ensure seamless execution.
  • Train internal users and external technical teams on process improvements and tool usage.
  • Ensure redesigned processes minimize inefficiencies and maximize stakeholder satisfaction.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with a minimum of 8 years of applicable experience.
  • Proven experience with change management, cost analysis, and supplier management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in aerospace or high-reliability industries.
  • Proficiency with PLM and ERP software, as well as lean manufacturing methodologies.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality results under pressure.
