Key Responsibilities
  • Drive initiatives through effective cross-departmental collaboration to secure major renewals and enhance Gartner's retention and growth strategies.
  • Contribute valuable insights and lead discussions during strategic planning sessions with senior leaders across sales, service, product, and research to address renewal risks.
  • Enhance the framework for high-impact executive meetings, fostering innovation in both process and content.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with client value managers and account teams to construct compelling business cases for renewal and growth.
  • Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analyses to tackle Gartner's retention and growth challenges, working alongside cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
  • Innovate tools and processes to boost quality and productivity, optimizing the operational model of support.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure the successful adoption of new tools and processes.
  • Take ownership of your initiatives, tracking progress and delivering actionable insights to drive complex projects to completion.
  • Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to Sales and Service Delivery teams on best practices for service and retention, enhancing overall performance.
  • Recommend strategic actions based on insights derived from retention analysis to improve client retention rates.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven expertise in quantitative and qualitative problem-solving, capable of formulating clear strategies and directions.
  • A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in complex analysis and business problem-solving, preferably in a consulting or analytical role.
  • A history of leveraging interpersonal skills to navigate cross-functional collaborations and manage resources effectively.
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders to drive business initiatives and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Skilled in distilling complex issues into straightforward, impactful messages for presentation to stakeholders.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities, adept at juggling multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Proactive mindset to foresee and mitigate risks associated with client retention.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to present findings clearly.
