  • Oversee the identification, tracking, and resolution of quality-related challenges.
  • Engage in advanced product feasibility assessments with relevant quality departments to ensure optimal contributions from research, development, design, engineering, and testing, aimed at achieving first-time quality standards.
  • Participate in design reviews with Program Teams and assist in selecting measurement points for Statistical Process Control (SPC).
  • Evaluate and establish quality requirements while maintaining cutting-edge technological advancements aligned with company objectives.
  • Review and analyze part drawings and specifications for assigned programs.
  • Support the implementation of new Engineering Changes for designated programs.
  • Communicate potential issues or concerns to management and propose opportunities for enhancement.
  • Assist in developing optimal processing parameters for both new and ongoing programs.
  • Collaborate with customers, production teams, and management to address and resolve customer-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with IATF16949 standards.
  • Maintain diligence regarding environmental matters, aiming to minimize risks and comply with ISO standards.
  • Adhere to all legislative requirements and safety regulations.
