Job Description

The Training Administrator will be responsible for organizing and developing training programs through Vector. This includes creating schedules, tracking outcomes, and maintaining records for the company.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Create training programs and schedules for all company departments
  • Track and create reports on outcomes of all training
  • Maintain training records for the company

Requirements for this role include exceptional organizational skills, time management capabilities, and computer proficiency. Familiarity with learning management systems is a plus. Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook experience are preferred, as well as training or teaching experience. Estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on relevant experience.
