As a Clinical Intern, you will be working in a dynamic and collaborative environment where you can develop your clinical skills and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. Your role will involve individual and group supervision by an independently licensed clinician, additional clinical training opportunities, conducting psychosocial assessments, participating in treatment planning, and developing group counseling skills.
To be successful in this position, you should possess strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills. You must also have knowledge of psychiatric group process, therapeutic relationships processes, age-specific growth and development, limit setting and behavior management, and crisis management with aggressive behaviors.
