Assistant Project Manager Job Description

Skanska is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Project Management Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective outcomes.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in project management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, including work scheduling, prioritization, coaching, and process execution.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
