Senior Customer Experience Manager

ParetoHealth is seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Experience Manager to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in enhancing how our clients interact with our services and driving value for Pareto's customers.

Job OverviewThis is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of customer experience strategies and a proven track record of implementing successful initiatives. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive product roadmaps, leveraging customer feedback, market trends, and data analysis to inform your decisions.
Responsibilities- Product Roadmap Development: Collaborate with Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, Account Management, and Cost Containment teams to create and manage a product roadmap that drives business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize customer needs, developing solutions that meet their evolving requirements.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze customer data and market trends to inform product innovation and roadmap development.
- 2+ years of Product Management experience in the healthcare or insurance sector.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive product development.
- Strong knowledge of emerging technologies and tools that enhance customer experience.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.

About the RoleThis role reports to the Director of Product, Customer Experience and can be based out of Philadelphia/San Francisco/Salt Lake City or surrounding areas. The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
