Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Assist the Store Manager in planning and executing store workload, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Inventory Management: Support and participate in the truck un-load and stocking processes, ensuring truck standards are followed and completed within budget.
  • Customer Service: Deliver friendly customer service, acknowledge customers, help locate products, and provide solutions.
  • Visual Merchandising: Manage and execute visual merchandising standards in store, including feature space and seasonal layouts.
  • Shrink and Safety: Manage and execute shrink and safety programs, ensuring a safe and secure store environment.
  • Training and Development: Train, observe, and coach the team to achieve results, participate in the performance management process, and support Talent Development.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Retail management leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to remain standing for long periods of time, move throughout the store, and lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
  • Work Environment: Public retail store setting, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a safe and secure store environment.
