Role Summary: We are in search of a Human Resources Assistant to support the daily operations for a workforce of up to 80 employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist HR personnel with various administrative tasks, including clerical duties, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
  • Compile and prepare reports, presentations, schedules, and meeting documentation.
  • Organize and maintain employee records, supplies, invoices, and communications.
  • Conduct basic research to assist HR initiatives.
  • Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders promptly.
  • Identify and escalate issues for further investigation to enhance HR functions.
