About the Role

The Medical Assistant OBGYN provides high-quality patient care and support to the obstetrics and gynecology team. This role involves working under the delegation of a licensed practitioner to perform various duties and tasks to assist in providing patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in providing patient care to assigned patients
  • Perform clinical tasks and procedures as directed by the licensed practitioner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements
  • 6 months of healthcare experience
  • 6 months of medical assistant experience
  • National Medical Assistant Certification upon hire
