We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Admin to join our team at Penske Motor Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our human resources functions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Manage various HR-related documents, implementing efficient filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Maintain communication boards to ensure accuracy with compliance with applicable Federal, State, and local laws as well as company policies and procedures.
- Generate HR-related reports and analytics as needed, utilizing HRIS to extract relevant data for analysis and decision-making.
- Support HR initiatives related to employee training and development, coordinating training sessions and maintaining organized records of training attendance and completion.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, organizing and filing benefit-related documentation.
- Send out weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly announcements to the team.
- Conduct various administrative audits, create, and update spreadsheets and other documents needed.
- Update job descriptions and other various projects for the department.
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing to all levels of staff and management.
- Ability to travel to other Company locations to facilitate trainings and participate in HR projects and initiatives.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills, be organized, action-oriented, see big vision, and collaborative with all levels of the organization.
- Must maintain the utmost professionalism and discretion in this role.
- Minimum of six (6) months customer service experience, desired.
- Must have a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information in the English language, work well with the public.

- Frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear.
- Remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods.
- Work to be conducted primarily in an office environment, however, some work may be done in conference rooms, outdoors, and remote via zoom.
- Use hands and fingers in repetitive motions, daily.
