The primary responsibility of this position is to deliver exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries promptly. This includes providing courteous assistance to customers, service advisors, and service managers regarding any questions or concerns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve inquiries at the point of contact
