Position Title: Flex RN D/R

Role Overview:

  • Deliver professional nursing care in accordance with physician directives
  • Evaluate, plan, implement, and assess the care requirements of patients
  • Provide nursing care and clinical support within the defined scope of practice
  • Manage projects, processes, and policies utilizing specialized knowledge and skills

Position Summary:

As a registered nurse in our facility, you will showcase your expertise in managing and delivering patient care throughout their hospital stay. You will remain informed about advancements in healthcare, technology, pharmacology, and safety protocols to ensure the highest quality of care. Acting as a patient advocate, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals to foster a supportive environment. Your responsibilities will include planning and managing patient-centered care based on evidence-based practices while maintaining nursing standards.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Specialty Nursing certifications
