- Collaborate with healthcare providers and nursing staff to ensure seamless communication and care delivery.
- Document patient interactions and care plans accurately in electronic health records.
- Conduct patient assessments, including vital signs and health histories, to support clinical decision-making.
- Perform various in-office procedures and support patient education initiatives.
- Engage in continuous evaluation of patient progress towards clinical and educational goals.
Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure in Massachusetts in good standing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
- Bio/chemo certification required within one month of employment.
- A minimum of one year of nursing experience is essential, with a preference for two years in a relevant field.
- Experience in hematology/oncology or related areas is advantageous.
