We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Development Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving new business and supporting organic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to establish trust and credibility.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, contacts, and sales activities.
  • Meet daily and weekly sales metrics and growth goals.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a business development or sales role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on new business development and growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation.
