We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Transcription Operations Associate to join our team in the Americas region. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality transcription services at scale.
Key Responsibilities- Manage transcription orders, prioritize unclaimed tasks, and address queries and capacity gaps for efficient production.
- Independently address issues that affect transcription service delivery, leveraging internal teams for troubleshooting as required.
- Build and oversee a skilled contractor team in your region, ensuring a productive and engaged community while collaborating with our Transcription Quality Assurance team to improve quality metrics.
- Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials in any field and noteworthy extracurricular leadership.
- 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in related fields such as operations. Recent graduates with high potential are also welcome.
- Track record of strong academic performance (minimum GPA of 3.5).
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
- $75,000 annual salary.
- 17 vacation days, 10 company holidays, and an end of year break between Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
