Qualifications:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in technical customer account management or similar fields.
- Educational Credentials: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of Oracle Health products or comparable technologies.
- Collaborative Skills: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to maintain strategic roadmaps and uphold operational excellence.
- Strategic Insight: Ability to think critically and strategically, with exceptional written communication skills.
- Leadership Qualities: Strong judgment, maturity, negotiation skills, and analytical capabilities are essential. Comfort with data analysis is crucial.
