Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design, development, and implementation of cloud-based solutions and infrastructure, including cloud computing, data storage, database services, business applications, and content delivery.
- Design, maintain, and manage systems and technical infrastructure over their life cycles.
- Directly lead, manage, and troubleshoot the work of front-end, back-end, full-stack, and UI/UX developers.
- Scale, monitor, and manage VPCs.
- Build and manage the overall performance, motivation, and organization of the Solutions Team.
- Oversee technical or hardware requirements, provide technical direction, and integrate external hardware, while maintaining cross-team connections.
- Set and prioritize technical tasks, code review, organize work processes, and ameliorate the team's technical skills via mentoring.
- 3+ years of experience leading the design, development, and implementation of cloud-based solutions and infrastructure.
- Experience in designing, maintaining, and managing systems and technical infrastructure over their life cycles.
- Experience directly leading, managing, and troubleshooting the work of front-end, back-end, full-stack, and UI/UX developers.
- Experience scaling, monitoring, and managing VPCs.
- Experience building and managing the overall performance, motivation, and organization of the Solutions Team.
- Ability to understand both the service delivery system for programs administered by states and monitored by federal regulators.
- Ability to understand and be an expert in complex federal regulations and requirements.
- Strong Microsoft Office applications skills, especially data analytics (i.e., ACCESS, SQL, SPSS).
- Ability to use sound judgment in completing tasks and to seek guidance when needed.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets with accurate results.
- Ability to move projects forward within a specific timeline and budget while working at a detailed level.

Bachelor's degree or 5 years' experience required and Master's degree (MPA or government-focused MBA) preferred.
Experience: 5+ years of relevant work experience.
This position is remote with travel/onsite requirements.

We are accepting applications on an ongoing basis until filled.
As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $115,000-$135,000.
