Job Summary

As a key member of the team, you will provide day-to-day support for business unit customers and vendors through the procure-to-pay process, while also identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and manage receipt of data and source documents
  • Prepare and sort source documents, interpreting data for accurate entry
  • Communicate with preparers to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data
  • Maintain accurate and complete client files and filing systems
  • Perform data entry in the Accounts Payable/Account Receivable System, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Contribute to team efforts to achieve results and goals
  • Perform general clerical duties, including typing, scanning, copying, and answering phones
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in finance, accounting, and/or AP/AR
  • High School diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Associate's degree in finance, accounting, statistics, economics, business, or related field
