Property Management Lead

The Property Management Lead is a key member of the Target team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of store assets and facilities. This role requires a strong technical background, with experience in maintenance and repair of various equipment and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain store assets, including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems
- Identify and execute preventative and corrective maintenance on all building assets and equipment
- Work with vendors to ensure timely completion of work and minimize costs
- Collaborate with store teams to ensure project work aligns with PM priorities and financial goals
- Perform proactive asset upkeep and reactive repairs as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic technical skills and general experience working with property assets
- 1-2 years of technical education preferred in areas such as electrical, mechanical, carpentry, HVAC, or plumbing
- Proficiency in operating power tools, HVAC, wet/dry and litter vacuum, and other power equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively and work independently
