Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Investment Property Group. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our properties to ensure they are safe and well-maintained for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on properties, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
  • Respond to resident requests for maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address potential maintenance issues
  • Collaborate with property management staff to ensure that maintenance and repairs are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Participate in on-call rotation schedule to respond to after-hours maintenance requests
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician on a multi-family apartment community of 100+ units
  • Experience and knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repairs
  • Ability to supply own hand tools and possess knowledge and skills in the safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment, and measuring devices
  • Superior customer service, attention to detail, and time management skills
  • Dynamic self-starter who enjoys working with others and excels in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
