About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Management Lead to join our team at Target. As a Property Management Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our store facilities, assets, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance and repair activities to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to prevent equipment failures and minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with store teams to identify and prioritize maintenance needs and develop solutions to address them
  • Work with vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality services and maintain positive relationships
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance issues and develop corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment maintenance
  • Provide training and guidance to store teams on maintenance procedures and best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in maintenance and repair technologies
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical education or experience in maintenance and repair preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a retail or commercial setting
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
