Join Our Team as a Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Investment Property Group. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing property maintenance and repairs as needed, ensuring that our properties are safe and well-maintained for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform property maintenance and repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
  • Conduct exterior maintenance, including roof repairs, parking lot maintenance, and pool and recreation area upkeep
  • Turn apartments and ensure that move-in standards are met
  • Respond to on-call emergencies as needed and participate in on-call rotation schedule
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician on a multi-family apartment community of 100+ units
  • Experience and knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repairs
  • Ability to supply own hand tools and possess knowledge and skills in the safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment, and measuring devices
  • Superior customer service, attention to detail, and time management skills
  • Dynamic self-starter who enjoys working with others and excels in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
