Culver's Restaurant Manager Job Summary
As a Restaurant Manager at Culver's of Johns Creek, you will lead our management team in providing exceptional guest experiences and driving operational and financial success. Your guidance and direction will ensure that every guest leaves happy, and you will be responsible for the overall performance of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management team to increase business sales and net profit to meet the annual budget.
- Ensure accurate preparation and review of daily summary reports and weekly operations reports.
- Maintain controllable costs, product inventory, and food safety practices.
- Supervise the hiring, training, and development of team members.
- Develop and maintain a relationship with the community through local marketing events.
- Ensure timely and effective communication among team members and guests.
- Consistently maintain excellence in guest relations and quality product delivery.
Qualifications:
- College graduate with a degree in hotel and restaurant management or equivalent experience.
- Five years of experience in a supervisory position, with certified in-store trainer status.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
