We're seeking a seasoned B2B sales professional to join our team as an Enterprise Account Growth Manager. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building long-term relationships with our enterprise clients.
With a strong background in sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to increase revenue from existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and develop product solutions that meet their evolving needs. Your consultative approach, combined with your technical expertise, will enable you to build trusted relationships with our clients and deliver tailored solutions that drive their success.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth from existing clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment and support of sales initiatives
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
About the Role:
As an Enterprise Account Growth Manager, you can expect to earn a salary in the range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and performance. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of computer networking, internet solutions, and fiber-connected networks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on telecommunications products
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications
- Familiarity with Salesforce, ICOMS, or CSG
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
