Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Healthcare Enrollment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling provider file update requests in a timely and efficient manner.

You will work closely with various departments and teams to ensure that provider file update requests and demographic-related claim denial inquiries are handled appropriately. This includes coordinating with the Data Maintenance Team to handle correspondence from non-par providers and communicating receipt/completion of all file update correspondence to providers/designees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage provider file update requests and corresponding correspondence
  • Coordinate with departments and teams to resolve issues related to provider file updates and claim denials
  • Educate participating providers on process updates and escalate any issues as needed

Requirements:

  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum one year of experience in Managed Care, provider billing, and/or customer service (or three years without a degree)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year based on location and experience.
