We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Chief of Staff to work directly with our CEO. In this role, you will bring your intellectual curiosity and entrepreneurial mindset to drive key strategic initiatives, manage special projects, and ensure operational excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, a strong writer, and capable of managing workloads and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
This is a critical role that requires someone who is capable of collaborating closely with NRG's CEO and senior leadership team. This role will also require some on-site work at our office based on the needs of our CEO. Your Impact- Ideate, plan, and track the progress of key strategic initiatives for the CEO and the organization.
- Communicate directly, and on behalf of the CEO, with senior leadership and team members throughout the organization, as well as with clients.
- Manage meetings for the CEO, including setting the agenda, providing insights and analysis to inform strategic conversations, and tracking follow-through to ensure accountability.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and have a strong understanding of the needs of the organization to help prioritize conflicting needs as necessary.
- Draft high-quality internally and externally facing communications for the CEO, including emails, reports, and presentations.
- Write public-facing content, such as LinkedIn posts, editorials, articles, and other media, providing unique insights that enhance the company's presence and thought leadership in the industry.
- Experience We'd like you to have 2-3 years of relevant experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. If you worked in market research or consulting, that's even better
- Your degree(s) You have a B.A./B.S. degree in Economics, Business, or a related field with a strong academic record. Additional degrees are welcome
- Self-starter Internally motivated, you continuously strive to get things done well, regardless of challenges encountered. You are proactive and always keep an eye on the next step.
