Endovascular Radiologic Technologist II

At Houston Methodist, we are seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist to join our team as an Endovascular Radiologic Technologist II. This role requires a highly skilled and competent technologist who can perform complex radiological procedures involving specialized imaging equipment and techniques.
Key Responsibilities- Assist physicians with therapeutic procedures, including vascular, neurological, spinal, and multi-organ interventions.
- Perform highly specialized radiological procedures, such as angiography and venography, to diagnose and treat medical abnormalities.
- Work independently in multiple areas of Endovascular, including the Dunn OR and outside HMH vascular/interventional departments.
- Collaborate with the patient care team to ensure seamless communication and delivery of exceptional patient care.
- Participate in department projects and shared governance activities to drive quality and innovation.
- Graduate of an education program approved by the credentialing body for the required credential(s).
- Three years' experience as an Endovascular/Special Procedures Technologist I or equivalent experience in a related field.
- ARRT-R (Radiologic Technologist - Radiographer) certification and CMRT (Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist) registration or equivalent.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
