Business Development Representative

At Montway LLC, we're on a mission to revolutionize the auto transport industry with innovative logistics solutions and exceptional customer service. As an Inside Sales Account Executive, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth by prospecting and winning new opportunities.
About the RoleWe're seeking a results-driven individual who can leverage their sales expertise to build strong relationships with automotive dealerships, auctions, and rental car companies. You'll be responsible for developing your assigned territory, making outbound calls, and providing top-notch customer service throughout the order cycle.
The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. In addition to a competitive base salary, you'll also have the opportunity to earn commissions and participate in contests and incentives that reward your hard work.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and win new business opportunities in the assigned territory
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts
- Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and follow up with customers as needed
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B setting
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Able to articulate the value proposition of Montway's solutions
