Responsibilities:
  • Develop leads and schedule appointments with potential customers
  • Identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success


Qualifications:
  • State Farm experience preferred
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Ability to effectively relate to customers
  • Property & Casualty license must currently possess
  • Life and Health license (must have currently) or (must be able to obtain)
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.
