Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Auto Collision Business Director to lead our repair facility team at Mobile Auto Solutions LLC. As the key business leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies, managing operations, and driving revenue growth.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase market share.
  • Manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and resource allocation.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and quality within the team.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Strategy: Develop and implement business plans to drive revenue growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase market share.
  2. Operations Management: Oversee daily activities, including scheduling, inventory control, and resource allocation.
  3. Team Leadership: Build and maintain a positive work environment by fostering open communication, providing training and development opportunities, and promoting a culture of teamwork and accountability.
Requirements
  • Possess a Post-Secondary Education or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Have 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within the automotive industry.
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Show ability to motivate and coach team members to achieve their best performance.
Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $75,000-$110,000 per year, plus bonus incentives based on individual and company performance.
