About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Business Development Representative to join our BMW Service Business Development Center team at Rallye BMW. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain ongoing consulting relationships with customers to understand their service needs and preferences.
  • Promote the sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by accurately identifying customer needs and thoroughly understanding BMW products and service lines.
  • Work closely with the Service Manager, Service Advisors, and other retail center personnel to communicate with customers and technicians regarding repair work, determine time of completion, and advise customers of early or late vehicle drop off and pick up procedures.
  • Follow up with customers who missed their appointments and confirm customer appointments.
Requirements
  • Previous automotive BDC, customer service, and/or phone sales experience required.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Trainable in various computer systems and excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills.
  • Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability and professional personal appearance.
  • Availability to work Saturdays.
