Job Overview

Position Summary

At iCIMS Organic ZipApply, we are seeking a dedicated Gaming Operations Supervisor to oversee the efficient functioning of our gaming tables. This role is pivotal in ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests while maintaining compliance with all gaming regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance guest satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
  • Monitor and adjust gaming limits based on player activity and volume.
  • Address customer inquiries and manage requests for information, markers, and complimentary services.
  • Ensure accuracy in all financial transactions and uphold compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Schedule table games and manage dealer assignments effectively.
  • Foster a high-performance environment by mentoring and guiding subordinate staff.
  • Promote guest enjoyment and satisfaction through proactive engagement.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to maximize guest enjoyment.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all policies and procedures related to the table games being supervised.
  • Ensure a safe, professional, and friendly work environment that promotes productivity and morale.
  • Act as a role model for team members, embodying the values of iCIMS Organic ZipApply.
  • Enhance public relations and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly in a dynamic environment.
  • Safeguard customer rewards and credit lines.
  • Adhere to all company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information and business processes.
  • Contribute to a vibrant and entertaining environment for guests.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in table games.
  • At least one year in a supervisory or management role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all casino games offered.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
  • Ability to work in a casino environment with exposure to various factors, including noise and high-pressure situations.
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods and navigate throughout the gaming area.
  • Proficient in understanding and completing necessary documentation in English.

Work Environment:

  • Ability to work in a smoking environment.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
