Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting global production planning and scheduling with the distribution warehouse to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery of spinal medical sets while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Planning: Maintain through Planning daily, weekly, and monthly production plan through analysis of stock levels, demand, and incoming deliveries.
  • Communication and Reporting: Effective communication and reporting on progress and escalating challenges to the global set build and decommission targets.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with supply chain, distribution warehouse, marketing, and quality control teams to ensure materials and resources are available.
  • Production Monitoring: Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to address delays, challenges, and/or priorities changes.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation for production schedules and inventory levels.
  • Project Support: Support the tracking and execution of any cross-functional projects.
  • Reporting and Training: Communicate as production orders are completed and/or escalate any challenges to target timelines. Support training for any new personnel in production tasks.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with MS Office software, experience in Excel preferred. Document management software and ability to navigate the Internet.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail. Possesses interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Education and Experience
  • Experience: 2+ years in production planning, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
