We are seeking an experienced Project Development Specialist to join our team at OAC Services Inc. This individual will play a critical role in leading project development efforts, guiding design development, and managing project programs and portfolios. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in project management.

We offer a competitive salary range of $78,688 to $145,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K retirement plan, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities. We also provide flexible scheduling and hybrid work arrangements, as well as a fully paid company-issued ORCA card for transit expenses.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, web-based project management tools, and knowledge of Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Project, or other scheduling software.
