Project Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Development Specialist to join our team at Manson Construction Co. in the northwest United States. As a key member of our Project Management Team, you will be responsible for providing onsite engineering and technical support, quality control, construction management assistance, land surveys, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Development of project work element plans and JSAs.
- C coordinate project definable features of work with superintendents, foremen, craft workers, and subcontractors.
- Computer Aided Drafting for analysis of lift equipment capabilities and depiction of work method sequencing.
- Critical path scheduling and 3-week look ahead scheduling.
- Review designs, drawings, and engineering data prepared by consultants and vendors for conformance with project plans and specifications, and identify associated conflicts.
- Investigation and research for needed permanent and consumable material items, equipment, and tools.
- Inspection of newly delivered permanent materials for conformance with project requirements.
- C coordinate project activities with client representatives and other project stakeholders.
- Falsework Design.
- Monitor of Manson and its subcontractors' operations.
- Daily operations and quality control reporting.
- Project photographic records.
- General project support.
- Ensures compliance with Manson's Code of Ethics and Standards of Business Conduct.
- Responsible for practicing safe work standards and promoting an Incident and Injury Free (IIF) work environment as a condition of employment.
Salary: $65,000 - $100,000 per year
