Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Cost Management Specialist to work on healthcare construction projects in Seattle, Washington. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and structuring cost data, preparing it for upload into a cloud service delivery platform.

Key Tasks
  • Gather complete and accurate cost data from clients.
  • Develop a detailed Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) for uploading into a cloud service delivery platform.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients using internal data management software.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in cost data analysis, estimating, or cost management is preferred.
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this full-time role is $130K-$160K per year. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
