Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading integrated process teams focused on acquisition logistics and sustainment support. This role requires effective collaboration across various cross-functional areas within the organization. The ideal candidate will:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in creating high-level briefs and effectively communicating with Product Support Managers (PSM), Program Managers, Deputy Program Managers, Program Executive Officers, General Officers, and Senior Executives regarding relevant program outcomes and manpower needs.
  • Possess the expertise to develop Product Support Arrangements (PSA) and lead PSM Integrated Product Teams (PSM IPTs), as well as manage Type Classifications, Materiel Release (MR), MR IPTs, Operational Sustainment Reviews, and Congressional reporting requirements.
  • Have a solid background in crafting acquisition documentation aligned with commodity milestones and lifecycle stages.
  • Lead Independent Logistics Assessments (ILAs) and possess knowledge of contract management processes.
  • Understand the Army's Organic Industrial Base (OIB) for future depot inductions of Army programs.
Minimum Qualifications
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Life Cycle Logistics certification level II is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Program Integrator is required.
  • Expertise in authoring acquisition logistics documentation across all milestones is necessary.
  • Experience in developing acquisition documentation based on commodity milestones and lifecycle is required.
  • Technical understanding of weapon systems to address logistics requirements is crucial.
  • Experience in at least three of the six Army Adaptive Acquisition Pathways (Urgent Capability Acquisition (UCA), Middle Tier Acquisition (MTA), and Major Capability Acquisition (MCA) programs) is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and develop processes for efficient issue resolution.
  • Willingness to undertake special projects and additional duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Life Cycle Logistics level III certification is preferred.
  • Membership in the Army Acquisition Corps (AAC) is a plus.
